Meridith Polin

Meridith Polin is a senior non-profit consultant and previously served as a senior program director at Public/Private Ventures. Meridith prides herself on helping organizations create data driven cultures that inform strategic decisions. Meridith provides evaluation services and strategic planning supports to a variety of initiatives in the non-profit sector. Meridith also presents across the country on performance management, including recent lectures at a United States Congressional Briefing, the American Evaluation Association national conference, Boston University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Adding to her rich professional background, Meridith also served as the director of research and evaluation at Citizen Schools, and has years of experience working directly with youth. She is a co-author of Using Data in Multi-Agency Collaborations: Guiding Performance to Ensure Accountability and Improve Programs and Collective Ideas to Collective Impact: A Guide to Data Collaborations in Communities. Meridith earned her Bachelors in business administration from Boston University and her Masters in community resources and development from Arizona State University. She is currently earning an Executive Certificate in social impact strategies from the University of Pennsylvania.
